I am writing to thank your entire staff for the excellent care received during my visits to your office over the last 6 months. From the front desk, to the nurses, and Dr Nicolaievsky, each and every one of them was courteous, professional, and made my visits as comfortable as they possibly could. I recently had to have a tooth extracted to make room for a new implant and although I have historically been terrified of dental work and dentists, I was told by a friend that Dr. Nico was “the best” and would make the experience pain free. Everyone at Dr. Nico’s office from the scheduler through the assistant’s and of course the doctor were fantastic!!! Dr. Nico gave me a little gas to calm my nerves and then a simple shot in the IV and after that, I don’t remember a single thing other than waking up once the procedure was over. While there was some discomfort after, Dr. Nico managed the pain perfectly and even called me at night to make sure everything was OK. I am no longer in fear of dental work and have already scheduled the appointment to have the implant done. Dr. Nico and his entire staff are wonderful and I could not recommend them more. If you need an oral surgeon for an implant, an extraction or anything else, Dr. Nico is your guy!!

AMAZING!!! I got two wisdom teeth removed that were hurting really bad and I did not have any swelling or pain after, I was able to go straight back to work, I recommended him to all of my co workers and friends I would never go back to any other surgeon.

I just recently got my wisdom teeth taken out with Dr. Nicolaievsky, and I have to say I do not think I could have had a better experience. From the professional and friendly staff, to the beautiful views of his office while having surgery, this Oral Surgeon deserves more than five stars. Dr. Nico is very honest and open about everything, and he truly speaks from the heart. The procedure went well, I had very minimal pain afterwards, and I am in day 5 post surgery and almost back to normal.

He helped me with a failed implant done by another Doctor. His integrity, fairness and expertise is unmatched. He is one in a million. Doctor Nicolaievsky is kind, gentle and as caring as they come. I went to him for a lesion on my tongue and his concern was extremely comforting and reassuring. Although I could have waited a month for the biopsy, my worry was unbearable and he did the biopsy on the day of Christmas Eve, just 2 days after the Sunday I called him with fear. All of my follow ups and continued care are detailed and no question or worry is too much for him to answer, even if I'm repetitive. I highly recommend him!
