Nice man but, injections have not helped a bit
Very nice and funny doctor but, after getting the worst injection ever in my heel for spurs, it is worse than ever. Injection in my neck for pinched nerve didn't help either. Had injections in both heels before in SC and all was good for more than 10 years. Looking for someone else.

ALWAYS have a long wait. Sometimes an hour or more in waiting lobby and another hour or more in exam room. Every. Single. Time. Seems like there's a system / management problem to run over this much regularly. Good doctor but waits are ridiculous.

Great guy...knows his stuff, but poor, poor, poor office management! Expect to wait 2.5 - 3 hours TO BE SEEN. 1.5 hours in the waiting room, then another 2+ hours in the exam room. WAITING...WAITING...WAITING. I'm here for a 10:00 appointment. It is now 1:45 p.m. and there is one patient ahead of me. This is ridiculous!! Inexcusable!!! Scheduling should be done according to needs. If a patient is simply coming for prescription refills, why should it take so long? Better office management!!!!!

I feel with government restrictions currently on Dr's they have to be so carefull when prescribing pain med's that it hurt's the patients like myself who are truly experiencing pain. So Dr Fraifeld hasn't been prescribing adequate medication to help me do more than barely numb the pain. Especially since i'm still active & working rather than trying to go on disability. Which lowers my quality of life just to keep a Dr from getting in trouble with the Government.
