Dr. Eduardo Bedoya, MD

If you are a fan of rude service, and long, extended waits in the waiting room, then make an appointment to see Dr. Bedoya. The Dr. himself is very good, but in several years, I have never waited less than 45 minutes to an hour, past my appt. time. I have walked out twice, after waiting over an hour, and if you do go to the desk and complain, they will take you in the back, and sit you there for another 45 minutes. Now, my prescription for eye drops has expired, and even though the script itself has not changed in over 15 years, they will not call in another, until I come back in for another exam, and that isn't for another month plus. I am actively looking for another eye Dr. Save yourself the headaches, go somewhere else.

Dr. Bedoya is a very good surgeon, however I was there on 3-14 and his office girl checking in customers was rude. All she had to do was call the 1-800 number on the insurance card to find out our insurance was good. i am sorry Dr. I will find another eye surgeon.

Dr. Bedoya was good. The office manager was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered! I will never go back here! No matter how good the doctor is, I would rather go Blind before I put up with office staff! Someone better do something about this or you will not have any business.

Just spent over 2 hours in Dr. Bedoya's office , Dr. Bedoya is an excellent Dr. but not worth the wait. I had 3 visit in a 6 weeks and every time the wait got longer and longer. While I was waiting the lady that I was sitting beside said that she was really irradiated about having to wait for hours just to get called back after another 30 minutes she got up and said to me that she was going to another ophthalmologist. I was treated very rudely by the office manager. I will never go back!!!!

In my personal opinion, he's the very best. He is extremely careful and meticulous in every part of his exam, gives honest opinions based on knowledge and experience and keeps up with new and better options so he can offer you the very best results from any choices you make. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Bedoya is an excellent ophthalmologist and surgeon, however his time management skills could use some improvement. Bring a book and prepare to wait.
