Dr. Edred Shen, MD

Dr Shen and his staff are always very patient and understanding with myself and my elderly father. Many doctors dismiss elderly patients but not Dr Shen. He gives my father the same attention he gives me.

Has strong opinions which I generally don't find compelling.

Dr Shen provides in-person visits and answers questions via his mandatory $69 / yr. patient portal. I generally use the portal to avoid office visits where I'm challenged, made uncomfortable, and leave dissatisfied. Unfortunately, the portal Experience isn't much better, where he gives a few word in answer and then says, Your welcome." I stuck around for 5 years, but enough now...

Dr. Shen is thorough, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.

This doctor is amazing! Best practices on display. This time, in a telephone call back he has shown a tremendous knowledge and in a clear, precise manner communicated medical and therapeutic information and guidance that I could quickly understand.

The doctor is the habit of holding your medicine hostage until you pay him a visit. He wants you to see him 4 times a year for no other reason that to make money.

Condescending Know it all . Intollerable

His skill set is superb and his diagnosis has always been on target with me. What makes him exceptionally good is his sensitivity and availability. He's one if not the only doctor that I know that will do house visits. Who does that... Dr. Shen does I especially appreciate his directness his honesty because it's delivered out of concern,and sincerity.
