I did not feel listened to by Dr. Kagan. She contradicts herself when she talks, which is really confusing to try to follow. She talks super loud, which made me really uncomfortable. She just doesn’t have the people skills nor the bedside manner for me to consider seeing her again.

New patient. Dr never available but requires erroneous appointments according to policies apparently in place but never discussed with patients to provide medication.
No interest in patient wellness or following up. No accountability in the office. No returned call from dr.
Just jamming as many new appointments in as possible to get paid - sad. Horrible experience.

Dr. Kagan is an excellent clinician and diagnostician. She is very thorough and extremely bright. She is also caring and compassionate. Because she is all those things, it can be several weeks until one can get an appointment with her for a wellness visit. Urgent appointments can be obtained within a day or two but they may not be with her. I do need t find that to be a problem if it is urgent

Love Dr. Kagan . She is personable ,professional , prompt and accessible . She’s takes a sincere interest in her patients , spending the time to listen and gather needed info to make a good recommendation and diagnosis . I confidently refer friends and family.

I had my first visit with Dr. Kagan on May 9th, 2017. She was right on time and took her time. Since it was my first time meeting her, she gave me the space to go over my background, talk about my concerns and what my expectations are. She went over my history and gave me good advice. I was relaxed and felt heard. I never felt rushed. Everyone in the office was polite and professional. A very good experience all around.

Dr. Kagan is amazing. I met her yesterday for my first appointment. She is caring, relaxed and really takes time getting to know someone. I arrived at my appointment a few minutes early and asked the receptionist if she was running on time and she said that she ALWAYS runs on time. She said that she'd call me the next day with my test results and sure enough, first thing this morning, she called.
I am very impressed with Dr. Kagan and have already recommended her.

Dr Kagan is one of the best GPs I have ever had. She is extremely thorough. She is clear and very descriptive. She is also GREAT with follow up even when I am not so great with follow up. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Kagan but good luck getting an appointment. She is very booked up.

Took my 18 year daughter, first time no more pediatric office. Dr. Kagan was kind and treated my daughter with respect. She took her time and made my daughter feel very comfortable.
