The receptionist Susan, was awful. One of the most unpleasant people to deal with. Nasty was not at all concerned about following the rules for Covid. .

Very rushed, almost like she didn’t want to be there assisting me. I’m 27 and have had discomfort on a cyst that’s been there for two years. She DID offer a solution which I am willing to try, but her overall attitude with me left me with an bad taste in my mouth. Will not go back in the future.

This Dr. IGNORED Classic symptoms of a MAJOR infection! After 2 trips to the ER, (one by Ambulance) and a CT scan positive for abdominal abcess, she STILL did not agree that I had a major infection! After a concerned Nurse ordered a 2nd opinion for an Infectious Disease consult, she then offered to do a revision and exploratory surgery. What do you know... there was an INFECTION! Since it stewed for 2 weeks, It spread and I was placed on a ventilator and could have died! AVOID HER!

Dr Behr is a great Physician. In Pottstown she is the Physician people want if surgery is required. Dr Behr is a gift from God and Pottstown is Blessed to have her!
