Does not listen to patients. Treats patients on what HE THINKS is the problem. Only worried about not writing to many prescriptions.

I visited Dr. Arbov his Rego Park , Queens location. He stabilized my boyfriend in short period of time. He is a warm, caring and trustworthy person.
