Terrible!!!!
Only ask you what’s going on so he can talk. He doesn’t “listen” to his patients. He sends to to get blood work and x-rays that aren’t necessary. You could go to after hours client, spend less and get better care.

Iam disabled. My insurance United Healthcare Community Plan is assigned to me through the SSA. My insurer assigned Dr. Eddie Brown to be my PHP. So I go online to book an appointment. I haven't been seen by a PHP in a long time as my previous one was horrible. When I arrived paperwork was given to do even though paperwork had already been done online. I was then informed by the receptionist that Dr. Brown was NOT my PHP, apparently my insurer was wrong. But, I could make him my PHP. I go back with his assistant, blood pressure, questions all that. I tell her my previous PHP was horrible, never listened, rarely did tests, barely helped. She assured me that Dr. Brown was excellent. Then Dr. Brown came in and was immediately rude. I thought maybe he was just having an off day, everyone does, so I let it go. He asked some family history questions, then about my health. I started in on the list , there's a lot, as I said, I had not been getting proper treatment and things are piling up. He stopped me once to ask me what one of my spine conditions was. He didn't know. Had never heard of it. A Doctor. A Medical Professional. Had never heard of this common condition. Not reassuring. I talked for a little longer, telling him everything. I got a little teary saying it all out loud, as I said, it's a lot and haven't had any help. He said that I'm a complicated puzzle, he would have no idea where to begin so therefore, he wasn't even going to try. A HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL REFUSED TO CARE FOR MY HEALTH. One of my problems? My heart. And that didn't phase him at all. He was cold and indifferent and everything I was told that he wasn't and everything I did not need. His wording was careful, polite and professional, but dismissive and cold. I couldn't hold back the tears. He kept talking but I stopped listening. I have had indifferent doctors before, but never have I been refused treatment. He didn't even suggest someone who could help, referrals or anything, just "Nope, you have too many problems for me, I refuse." His job. What he gets paid to do. He refused to help a patient who desperately needed help. And had the insurance to cover it. I hope I weigh on his conscience. I hope he has some modicum of regret. But, I kinda doubt it. Cold hearted folks seldom do. As long as he gets a paycheck, yeah? That's what matters most. Not those of us who truly suffer.

Run away!
Horrible experience. I was sick and he told me unless I schedule a mammogram, he wouldn’t treat me! I got up and walked out. I have never went to ANY Doctor that refused to treat a sick patient. Go at your own risk.
