ALL I HAVE To SAY IS That He Is The GREATEST DOCTOR!!! He saved my life .I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM AND TRUST Him.HE Is A VERY UNDERSTANDING,SMART AND WHEN You Need Him He IS THERE. HE Needs More Than Five Stars

Dr. Noyan takes great care in explaining procedures, options and provides support groups. My experience with the surgery was positive and when a necessary band adjustment was needed (to tighten or loosen) he is available and has your best interests at heart. I find j to be the most personal and technical physician I have ever had.
