BE PREPARED TO SPEND HOURS. Always have to wait in the lobby past your schedule appointment, then you'll wait 30-60 minutes in the exam room. Dr. Labovitz was extremely thorough, extremely attentive to detail and being 70 years old he hand-writes all the details down, page after page. He really needs to retire! Long story short, his billing gal has not submitted the bill to my health insurance, I have spoken to her and my health insurance has on numerous occasions, instructing her to submit bill for payment, which it has been 8 months and still the billing department FLAT OUT LIES to my insurance company, saying it was submitted. I receive statements, and threaten she will send it to collections, if I don't pay over $700, and that I will have to deal with my insurance to get reimbursed.
