Non Compassionate Care Team
As a patient at Pikes Pike Internal Medicine, I have had a highly negative experience with the office staff manager. I found her to be extremely uncompassionate and uncaring towards patients. During my last visit , I had some concerns about my MRI order that was scheduled wrong per UCHealth and I asked to speak to the doctor to correct this. However, the office manager refused to let me see the doctor and told me that I would have to schedule another appointment and pay for it separately. (Your not my only patient she said)When I expressed my frustration with the situation caused by her, she became very defensive and rude and threatened to call 911. She showed no empathy or concern for my needs as a patient. In conclusion, I would strongly advise against seeking medical care from Pikes Peak Internal Medicine. The uncompassionate attitude and incompetence shown by the office manager/staff are indicative of a larger problem within the organization. Patients deserve better than this.

Wonderful Dr.
Dr. Robertson is a caring professional. He actually listens and explains his recommendations. I’ve always benefited from his treatment plan, even though I am on the stubborn side of life, and have to know the “why” of every treatment. He has never lost his patience. This man is what Doctors should strive to be. His office staff has always treated me well. Karen is always on the ball, and CJ is a amazing person.

How refreshing to find a Doctor who listens, analyzes the data, gives you all options, explains everything and then asks if you have questions. He is focused on the patient, methodical, thorough and to-the-point. It is with the UTMOST satisfaction and PRAISE that I say "he is an OLD SCHOOL DOCTOR"!

Dr. Robertson has been my primary physician for over 15 years and I have been extremely satisfied with the care. In fact I credit him for saving my life 9 years ago by detecting an abnormal heartbeat on a routine visit that resulted in emergency surgery to bypass a clogged artery. I was unaware of any problems at the time. Whenever I experience any medical problems they are promptly diagnosed and corrected. I highly recommend this practice.

It could be said that Dr. Robertson sets the standard for what most patients seek for their care. His willingness to listen and his ability to answer a question in terms understandable by a layman are superb. His attention to all lab work is thorough. He talks to you and never down to you. When I first started seeing him I was on many prescriptions and with his approval I am down to 4. To say he is a pill pusher is a misnomer. I'm 86 & Dr. Robertson has met my expectations to maintain my health
