I have nothing but praise for Dr. Duckworth and the team he has assembled at his dental office. He is professional, kind, caring and made an effort to put me at ease in a stressful situation. He never seems hurried and intently listens to his patients, making me feel I was appreciated in his office. Thank you Dr. Duckworth and Nurse Mandy.

I’ve utilized Dr. Duckworth for over a decade, and he has given my family nothing but excellent dental care. In particular, my daughters, who have been with him since they were pre-teens, have each suffered emergency dental situations (broken jaw on one daughter, and a tooth broken in Chicago on the other) that he took time out of his weekend to take care of. In both cases, he not only took care of their initial needs, he provided follow up care after surgery. He puts my “Mom Heart” at ease.

Dr D is a very gifted dentist! He treats us like family and makes us feel like we are his only patient. I have used him for 14 years and will be using him for years to come!

Best dentist I have ever used. Very professional, friendly and puts you at ease! Always has you best interest in his plan of treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Duckworth!

I would never recommend this provider to anyone. He has a good sales pitch up front, but after placing implant crowns that don't match the color of my teeth. He claimed this was his "best work" and can do nothing more for me. He tried to blame the color matching problems on me for not getting braces? Once he gets your money your on your own with what you get in poor quality work from him.
