Trying to get my physical therapy was terrible. Took a week and a half to get home therapy started.then it too 2 weeks to get out patient therapy started.I'm now 8 weeks since surgery and only 2 and a half weeks of therapy, it's unexceptable,the staff are totally incompetent.

Dr. Sepich and his staff were very kind to my mom who needs knee surgery. He explained everything in detail and we left with literature and information and pre-op and post-op appointments booked. Compared to her last knee doctor, I like Dr. Sepich.

Dr. Sepich, On October 5, 2021, at 2:00 pm, we had a meeting to confer about my left knee. We had decided on “Gell Injections?”. Since I was not knowledgeable of what “Gell Injection” you were planning on using, I requested of you to provide literature on the product. I wanted to know name of product, medical statistics, side effects, efficacy, chances of needing future and similar treatments, etc. Before you left the room, you said “You would get that for me”. When I was ushered out of the room, I asked the aid about the literature and I was told the front desk receptionist would have it. So, I asked the receptionist and she was un aware of such literature. She, in returned and shouted back to a person and that person said that you had already left the office (without providing literature). I could not understand such behavior, but I asked the receptionist if she could acquire the subject literature and mail it to me. The receptionist still has not mailed the data?? Stay away
