Best and most thorough doc ever
My family and I (5 of us in total) have been patients of Dr. Riley for over 8 years. During that time, he has consistently treated each of us with respect and caring, provided thorough examinations, and properly addressed each of our needs. He takes the time to answer ALL of our questions, even skipping his lunch break to talk us about treatment options. Sometimes (not always) we do have to wait beyond our appointment time, but we know it’s because he is treating someone else with the same amazing level of compassion as he does us. We appreciate him so much that we drive 30mins one way, passing at least 30 other providers, just to be seen by him. Thank you, Dr. Riley, for keeping us safe and healthy, and also treating us like people and not a revolving door of profits.

He doesn’t care about his patients. He doesn’t respect their time. He doesn’t look at the files on his patients or listen. What the patients need is not what he puts first. He is only in the field to earn a paycheck.

Dr. Riley is one of those rare doctors that spends all the time necessary to help his patients feel seen and heard, and to ensure all of their questions are answered. The downside, which some people may not understand or like, is that one must often wait beyond the appointment time for him to finish with the previous patient...but don't worry, you will get the same treatment when it's your turn.

57 minutes late! He obviously hadn't read my charts and wasn't prepared for the appointment. I asked him about a recurring problem, and told him all the methods I've tried to fix it. He just parroted those methods back to me, telling me to do them again. Just going through the motions to get rid of me. Pharmacy never received the prescription he supposedly sent in. Doesn't get much worse.
