ICU stay
dr nissen was one of my team of doctors during my stay in the ICU at the hospital he is affiliated with. he is a caring, involved physician that managed to give me confidence at a time when there was little left of my former self... I had been on a ventilator among other things, not allowed any solid food for almost two weeks, seeing him come in my room was an inspiration to get better...he did not have all the answers but he formulated observations based on his information
