Horrific Treatment
We brought our son here after he broke both bones in his arm and saw Dr. Loveland. Long story short, we are far from impressed. Disgusted and horrified really on his demeanor and bedside manor. They put “set” his arm in a cast without any pain medication or any sedation. This was extremely excruciating for him. I can not believe we were not given any option to make this as painless as possible. We were told since we didnt have a way to monitor him there was no option. Just to breathe through it. For five minutes they squeezed the bones back into place as he screamed in pain. A ten year old. After this was over the Dr didnt even come and speak to us. We will never be back here nor trust the Dr.’s at this establishment. Do not reccomend this place at all.

He is so kind, personable, and caring! I drive over 45 minutes to see Dr. Loveland and it’s worth it! My son has broken his arm twice in the same year and we wouldn’t pick any other doctor!

Dr. Loveland’s bedside manner was out of this world! He made my daughter feel welcomed and very comfortable. As a overprotective mother, he also had me at ease... He talked in terms that were easy for my daughter to understand and we left with a complete understanding of her condition and what to expect in the future. I absolutely hands down recommend Dr. Loveland to ANY parent out there. Shoots I wish he was an adult orthopedic doctor that I could regularly see for my bone condition.-

Dr. Loveland was awesome and went above and beyond to accommodate us. My daughter's injury ended up being a much more tedious surgery than we originally thought, so we were extremely thankful that she was in her hands... he did an amazing job. Can't recommend him enough- your kiddo will be in great hands!

Dr. Loveland was excellent in the care of my child with a broken arm. His bedside manner was excellent- was able to use terms that my 5 year old understood and then to me about the specifics of her injury and recovery. I would recommend Dr. Loveland to anyone.

Not recommended at all. Communication was unclear and confusing. I ended up extremely frustrated and didn't trust anything he said. The only reason I didn't walk out of the office after meeting the dr was my child clearly needed a cast asap. I transferred to another dr to complete treatment. A parent should feel confident in the decisions made by a provider. Not left wondering why a broken bone still has a visible dip and if this will effect them later in life.

I'm not sure why he's at a Children's Medical Center. Not so great with kids. He looked at my sons injury as an afterthought. He acted as if he'd rather be anywhere else than there. Did not explain his injury or treatment very well. Answered our questions with brief/vague answers. Maybe he's a good doctor but based on his bedside manners would not recommend.
