Terrible “doctor.” She needs to get with the modern times. Rude staff. NP is just as bad. Pass this group on by!

Dr. D. Reed is an OUTSTANDING physician and is well respected among other physicians. She has a deep concern for providing comprehensive care, which is shown by her reviewing of the patient's complete history and then listening carefully to the current concerns. After visiting with Dr. Reed you know that you have been provided the best possible care as she has considered all your issues and current concerns together. You may find another Dr. as good as Dr. Reed, but you will find none better. She is very much in demand, so plan ahead for scheduling. Her staff is very caring and responsive as well.

I would give no stars if possible. I booked a new patient appt. several months in advance. I arrived at 8:45am. My appt. time was 9am. I checked in, paid, and filled out paperwork. I sat there until an employee came out to talk to me at 9:45am. She told me that Dr. Reed was at a funeral. ?????? Really? Did the office staff not know that she was out of the office when I came in? Why did no one call me the day before? I have worked in doctors' offices all of my life. This was so unprofessional in so many ways.

Dr. Reed is very thorough, listens carefully to my issues, and takes the necessary time to resolve my health problems. She is very good in her follow-up and I would highly recommend her. Her staff is friendly and office personnel are professional.

Since one of the dr. Has left, they have taken on to many patients. Use to be a two week wait for appointment, now 4 to 5 months. They do not call back like they use to. They are just to busy.
