Billing Questions
I received a billing from Dr Rohm-Ensing separate from my ER billing. If he is associated with Atrium, the billing should come from Atrium. Instead I received a bill from Wake Forest Emergency Services. Be careful when you get the bill. They will try different companies to get more money from you.

Competent and caring
Dr. Rohm-Ensing was attentive and kind with my son and patiently answered my questions. Fully resolved our emergency and made sure we were safe to go home. I felt reassured by his manner and the information he shared.
