HRT Treatment Review...
Dr Patton is always attentive and listens, takes ample time with me to discuss HRT related symptoms. I do feel comfortable in his care. He seems to treat HRT with one solution...bio identical creams for all 3 hormones (Estrogen, Progesterone and Testosterone), and I'm not sold on using creams for all of them. I do wish he was more knowledgeable or would take time to research injectable testosterone as an alternative to cream, he did attempt to call one compounding pharmacy but after learning they don't formulate injectable testosterone, he didn't offer to look into it further with other pharmacies and get back to me. I should have requested he done so but I didn't, however, I will at my next appointment. Until then, I'll continue to use an remote provider to run labs out of pocket to prescribe injectable testosterone proprionate. I was hoping all 3 hormones could be managed by one provider without the added costs of two providers, but he wasn't willing to treat me according to my

Disgraced
Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Patton was disappointing. I visited him recently for severe perimenopausal abnormal bleeding and intense pain. From the beginning, Dr. Patton’s bedside manner was lacking. He barely made eye contact and seemed more focused on his computer than on addressing my concerns. His approach was dismissive, and his comments were both unprofessional and troubling. Instead of offering a compassionate explanation or exploring my symptoms in detail, he suggested drastic measures like “burn your insides” uterine ablation or starting a new pill without adequately explaining their implications. Dr. Patton’s lack of communication and disregard for my concerns left me feeling invalidated and ignored. Unlike Dr. Goldberg, who was always attentive and thorough, Dr. Patton’s manner was unprofessional and disappointing. If you value clear communication and empathetic care, I advise seeking a different provider.

Best Doctor
Dr. Patton was the first Dr. to finally tell me what was really going on with my pelvic floor. I had been to several gynecologist and colon specialist and everyone told me that what I was experiencing was normal. This went on for years, until I meet Dr. Patton. Not only was Dr. Patton funny and easy to talk to, within seconds he described exactly what I had been experiencing and he assured me that he can solve my issues. I am forever thankful for meeting him and having him take care of my issues. He is an amazing surgeon and made the most uncomfortable and embarrassing situation into something normal. I have already recommended him to my friends and family because I am confident that he is the one person who will not only be straightforward and honest, but will have solutions. He is the best!

Dr Patton is great!
My first visit was for an annual exam. It put me at ease that I met with him in his office , before I was asked to change out of my clothes. I’ve had Several visits with Dr Patton to discuss Bio Identical Hormone replacement therapy. It has helped me sleep better , balance my moods, .He has helped me to reclaim my bodily changes after hysterectomy and menopause.

Best of the best
I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Patton. The world needs more doctors like him. He’s patient, kind, straight to the point, no nonsense. I have never felt rushed or uncomfortable with him and I never leave with any unanswered questions. We went to establish care in mid December, hoped to start prenatal care and ended up with a ruptured ectopic pregnancy & laparoscopic surgery. He’s damn good at his job and though I was terrified the entire time, when he arrived pre-op I felt better. The anesthesia initially made me incredibly dizzy and more nervous, he rushed in & held my hand until I was under and that small gesture meant the world. He’s honest, straight forward and doesn’t sugar coat anything, which I love and appreciate. I could not recommend him more.

I was getting bio identical harmone cream from him unfortunately. I begged him to not give me extra estrogen as it causes breast cancer. He insisted it did not cause cancer! I ended up with breast cancer & my oncologist & pathology report confirmed it was from the harmones he gave me!! Do not believe him, he is a liar!!!! My life has been hell since I believed him, Radiation, lumpectomy & more!!! Stay away from this so called DR! He doesn*t deserve a star, however I had to give a star to submit review!

He called me and sent me to a great oncologist. She was great as he had said. When I was going into the operating room there was Dr. Patton waiting for me. He said a few kind words and leti me know he was there and that I would be ok. That ment so much to me. I will never forget that. Office staff is kind & nice
