Does NOT care for an individuals health and well-being. I called this doctor that required a simple “yes or no” answer in regards to whether or not he will be doing primary care in Burlington, VT. I received no response. Obviously he is not man enough to return phone calls nor man enough to direct his receptionist to call on his behalf. Don’t waste your time…..

All I can say is we're extremely lucky to have a doctor of his caliber practicing here! He's extremely easy to talk to and has a wonderful personality. He explains complex medical information in easy-to-understand language. I sincerely believe Dr. Banu cares about me and my medical condition; I have no doubt he is a man of integrity and honor - add his medical knowledge into that mix and I don't see how you can go wrong. Dr. Banu is also my husband's doctor, and he shares the same view.

When first starting here Dr. Banu was a ray of sunshine to our area . Over the last year I have seen a change in the medical care that he has provided. It takes 2 weeks or more to be seen and that is if you are lucky. His staff are not helpful and tell you to go to the clinic!! He does not listen to my concerns on medications and seems to not really care. I feel that he has to many patients and unable to care for all of us.

Get to know you as a person. Listens very well and patiently. Answers all questions and explains clearly and completely. You never feel rushed. Compassionate and caring. Very skilled and knowledgeable and you feel you can trust him. Everything you want your doctor to be. Nursing and office staffs are very friendly, helpful and caring. Waiting area is clean but standard hospital decor (his office is in a hospital owned clinic.) Highly recommended, I truly hopes he stays in Malone.
