My grandmother suffered for years with abdominal pain but was told it was due to her osteoporosis. It was only when she was in a nursing home, nearly bleeding out that they discovered that she had kidney stones. This was years ago but now he is taking care of another family member of mine and is again making poor judgement calls. Mr. Yamashita has poor communication skills, lacks empathy and true care for his patients.
