I agree with most folks above. Was quick to downplay any of my concerns, condescending , when I was having gall bladder issues, doubled over in pain he told m e"pain is subjective" So sorry Dr Ziegler retired

Very condescending. Made me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Told me that my past doctors advice was given by a bunch of “whackos”. Told me “You should’ve been a lawyer with all these questions.” Sat on his phone the whole time - pretty sure he was googling things. This is the absolute worst doctor I’ve ever seen.

THIS DOCTOR IS NO LONGER AT GREER FAMILY MEDICINE. My regular doctor was on vacation when I did see Dr. Whitehead, so they worked me in late in the day. He was rushed, not overly concerned with two very swollen ankles, and told me just to take some ibuprofen. I think I was last patient and he wanted to leave.

I’ve never had a physician set out to make me feel as if there was nothing wrong with me when an mri clearly showed that I have arthritis in my back. He even suggested that I quite my job if I wanted to be pain free!! I’ll never go back and I’m glad he’s no longer with the office I was going to.

Abrasive, arrogant and condescending. Dr. Whitehead is one of the most unpleasant physicians I’ve ever encountered. He’s narrow-minded, abrupt, and rude. He appears to get a kick out of humiliating a patient. He refers to a device, which appears to be a source for medical information, as you’re talking. He’s either lacking in knowledge, or he’s updating his Facebook status.

Never will call you back, has his nurse call you and she does listen, yet does follow through with solving your issue, very frustrating when you need help.

In my experience with him once he makes up his mind about something your not going to change it. I suggested a new medication that he was not familiar with and he was not willing to learn anything about it even though he has a lot of resources available to him. I came to this conclusion by statements that he said to me. I had the feeling he just wanted to prescribe what he was used to and be done and be done with me. So if your looking for someone who is willing to listen to you and discuss thin

Terrible, after a long time just not wanting the hazzle of switching doctors. This doctor let me run out of thyroid meds all for a $100 bs office visit. Thanks Dr. Whitehead. Would not even call in a month supply then set up an appointment. After explained that I am now one day in w/o meds. Not good care.
