Love Dr. Turgeon he is the best.
Great staff ease of getting an appointment. No long wait time. Dr. Turgeon is a nice easy going person. Easy to be around and talk too. Asks you questions you forget to ask but listens and answers all of yours. A real pleasure to be around. The only thing I can complain about is the fact that the orthopedic Dr. needs an xray machine in his department. I had no trouble with the Dr. but getting xrays through the hospital shouldn't take nearly an hour and a half. I had 2 appointments to go to after this one and it would have worked out perfectly except for getting the xrays through the hospital. I missed my other appointments but fortunately they weren't too busy so I got seen anyway.Note to hospital - I give my vote for an xray machine in the orthopedic office. They , I , need you to PLEASE!

Waited to see the best
I have never seen a doctor take more time to listen to his patients. He quickly identified what was causing my pain and gave me a treatment plan which has resolved my problem without surgery.

Telehealth
Dr. Douglas Turgeon is a really good guy. I went to him for a 2nd opinion for both my knee and peck. He is in the process of directing my health back to my original way. I appreciate all that he does for me as a person. His Office Coordinator, Theresa Cruz is super easy to deal with. The last thing you have to do is micromanage Theresa. She is proactive and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend his office.

Dr. Turgeon performed my knee surgery about three years ago. I'm trying to locate him and cannot seem to find where he is practicing. Would you please give me a name and number where I can him? Thank you! Please call me on the number shown below.

Dr. Turgeon is excellent! He has done several surgeries for me and I have better results than most. Unfortunately for Dallas he has closed his practice and moved to Louisiana to be in charge of LSU Ortho Department.

The wait time was ALWAYS horrible, making each visit take a minimum of 2 hours. He completely mis-diagnosed both me and my wife. What are the odds of that? The mis-diagnosis cost us hundreds of dollars because he ran the MRI too late to qualify for year in which our deductible was met. I went to a different doc who quickly diagnosed me and set me on treatment that finally cured me. Turgeon's lack of skill cost me months of pain and disability that didn't need to happen.
