Doesn't listen
Was a patient for a few years and he just wouldn't listen to me. Made me feel ignored or worse that I was imagining my symptoms. After a full work up physical he had his asst call to tell me I needed cholesterol meds and he had a script. I had never had any cholesterol issues and it was one of the things that indicated something in my body had changed. The asst wasn't open to a conversation and I was just expected to take these statins. I pursued my health because no one knows their body better than you and by the time they called with that script I had a CANCER diagnosis from another doctor. Who needs the arrogance, I need health!

I felt the visit was sterile much like the facilities, no warmth whatsoever! And I had to follow-up 3x (over 3 weeks) about my blood work results. I moved from NY to NJ, and the healthcare providers here seem to fall short of the service in Manhattan. In addition the wellness check up bloodwork was sparse not comprehensive.

This whole place is concerned with money over healthcare. They stop caring a decade ago, and keeps coming into the office and cashing checks. Shouldn't have a medical license.

He barged into the room without knocking. Seemed brash and rushed. He listened, but discounted everything I said. I only saw him because my primary had no available appointments. Never, ever again !! No empathy or compassion, AT ALL!!

Nice enough guy, seems rather scripted every time you see him. Not personalized. Seems to be the first time he is meeting me every time I see him, granted it is not more than 1-2 times per year. Mostly follows current guidelines, but has tendency to over test. As far as the staff they are so so. Always get the feeling you are bothering them.
