Dr. MacFarlane is a wonderful doctor who delivered my healthy babies. He has been my doctor for more than 20 years.Having a great doctor helps your life go better. He went above and beyond and I am grateful he was my doctor for most of my adult life thus far. I am truly going to miss him. He will be very missed!

ALL my visits/procedures with Dr. MacFarlane have been very positive. He listens to your concerns and lets you have a real input in your options. As women age, our issues can be unpleasant and embarrassing and there is always a constant comfort level with Dr. MacFarlane and his entire staff.

He was a life saver for me! After not having an OBGYN for 13 or more years then needing one in an emergency, he was amazing. Listened to me explain all the issues I'd been having for almost 2 years. Didn't blow me off like 2 previous doctors had. Explained my options. The staff was helpful in getting my surgery scheduled and filling out forms. The surgery went very well. He is very gentle and knowledgeable. Post op appointment went great. I highly recommend this doctor!!

I have been seeing Dr Macfarlane upon my move back to Kansas City. He was initially referred to me by lead nurse at Olathe Birth Center. He has delivered 3 babies for me and continues to be my GYN now that I am past baby stage! He is a wonderful doctor, and will talk with you easily about any issues you may be having and will be proactive helping you find solutions. I highly recommend him!

Dr. MacFarlane is wonderful! I’ve seen him for years and he recently did a bladder pin up surgery for me that has been such a lifesaver! I can run again thanks to him! He’s thorough, honest, and takes his time with his patients. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!

I wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. MacFarlane changed my life 3 years ago when a friend recommended him and he always takes the time to listen to your issues and truly cares about you and your health. I highly recommend this dr for all your female needs.

Dr. MacFarlane is such a life saver. He is a gentle soul and he expresses that when seeing you from the very first time. You will feel an immediate connection with him. He is definitely a person I would want to care for me again. He helped save my life with the grace of God.

My husband and I just delivered our baby girl in February 2019 and Dr. MacFarlane was wonderful! I couldn't say enough good things about him, the nurses, and remaining office staff. Dr. MacFarlane was on top of my pregnancy the entire way. We knew our daughter was breech and we had a planned vaginal delivery that couldn't have gone any smoother. He advocated for what I wanted and has the knowledge and expertise to make everything come through positively. I highly recommend Dr. MacFarlane.

Dr. Macfarlane performed my c section in January 2019 and I have had no complaints from the surgery and I am blessed to have my healthy baby boy. I appreciate his work and expertise. He explained everything really well and he was kind each time I saw him .

I have been going to Dr. MacFarlane, for many years. He is knowledgeable but, also, kind and never makes you feel stupid, for asking questions. Another doctor did not address a problem, and I ended up in the ER. Dr. MacFarlane saw me in the hospital and took care of me, with proper surgery. Been going to him, ever since.

Dr. Macfarlane was amazing! I had severe Hyperemesis Gravidarum and he was great working with me and listening to me. If something didn't work he'd find something else to try to get me as close to human feeling as possible. He was such a blessing through such a rough pregnancy.

Dr MacFarlane has been AMAZING, I went to him with painful periods, issues during intimacy and heavy bleeding, he gave me choices for treatment, explaining all of the benefits and consequences of each option. He gave ME the choice of treatment and I went for a hysterectomy. I have heard all the horror stories, but he was so amazing, I was back at work within 5 business days, not an ounce of pain and a full recovery. I would recommend him to anyone who has the same issues. Thank you!

Dr. MacFarlane has been my doctor for many years. He not only delivers newborns, but consistent quality patient care at all levels. He has been my Gynecologist in my 20's, 30's, and soon to be 40's. He closely monitored my health during pregnancy and delivered my beautiful daughter almost 8 years ago. Most recent he performed a surgical procedure that has greatly improved my quality of life. I highly recommend Dr. MacFarlane without any hesitation. He is a talented and kind professional!
