I see Dr Bristow. I left another practice to come here many years ago. Turn over is low and there is a professional air. I have seen the staff help one another on multiple occasions. It's a nice place to go. I had an emergent issue, I didn't know this at the time. I called late on a Saturday night, left a message, was called back timely. Dr Lavenburg opened the office just for me the following Sunday morning. My issue was exactly what he thought it was over the phone. I was followed up with very closely over the following week to be sure I was healing appropriately. I felt well taken care of. I have recommended this practice to many and they like it as much as I do.

Not set up for handicap they get upset due to wheelchair makes you feel even more sad due to disability

I am very upset. I had eye examine with Kathy Bristow at Elkton Maryland Office . My eye prescription was too strong. I was re-examined and prescribed A weaker prescription. I had originally ordered progressive lenses and my new prescription is for Bifocals. I was never told that Progressive lenses may present a problem for me . I was never told of a time frame for a warranty. I ask for a refund of the difference between progressive lenses and bifocals. I was repeatedly told I could not get a refund and there were no action of complaint, I could take.

Dr, Lavenburg is extremely knowledgeable. He has taken excellent care of me and my brother for many years. I have recommended him to at least 6 different friends, all of whom have chosen him for their eye doctor of choice.
