My surgery went well. He explained everything from start to finish. His medical team worked like the pit.crew at the Indy 500. I feel great and look forward to living life .

Great physician
First of all, Dr. Laidlaw introduced himself to me as 'Doug.' That impressed me. And then took an incredible amount of time explaining my condition and the options I had. He was incredibly comforting to a very nervous patient!

Dr. Laidlaw spent a lot of time explaining my condition and the available treatment options. He answered all of our questions and walked us out to the desk to make sure his instructions were followed with regards to the next steps (appointments to make, etc.). His knowledge of the subject and experience with the procedure made me very comfortable and put my fears at ease. He listened to MY story and suggested a course of action which I agreed with. The staff were all friendly and attentive and we did not have to wait to see him. I highly recommend Dr. Laidlaw.
