Very Professional and kind. Always up to date on my current Medications that need to be refilled. Have been doing Telehealth Visits due to COVID-19 in 2020 and January 2021. Need next Telehealth scheduled STAT as running out of Med, I take every morning!

Takes me back ON TIME for my appointment, every time! What more can you say about a medical practice? He's a great person. Very kind, compassionate, good listener, makes good medical decisions.

Relies on you to make any recommendations regarding meds as he is there simply to write medical scripts and that as all. Cannot offer any experienced recommendations on treatment with meds or otherwise. Very robotic. Takes good notes, repeats back every session, appointments are punctual as he will not take any extra time with you. Cheryl in front office is atrocious - no compassion, no respect for your condition and you are made to feel small and insignificant. Move on seriously!!!!!!!!

Every visit he repeats back to me what I said last visit then asks if I want to make any changes. He lacks experience and emotional intelligence to help his patients.

easy to talk to. Takes good notes because he always remembers previous appt. The office is always comfortable and clean. It took a few days to get in for an urgent situation although he did suggest an ER visit. Dr Kovach is very punctual. He answers all questions about meds.

He strikes me as a physician who is right out of school. Very personable, great attitude, but seems to lack indepth knowledge. Billing issues are a constant nuisance. Do not give them your credit card, as they will bill you at will. When you call to get the erroneous charges corrected, they are slow to follow-up. Med Comp Psych System's questionable billing practices are either criminal or a result of utter incompetence.
