Dr Keagle is a great doctor. I have been seeing Dr Keagle for over 20 years and always felt my well being was his priority. Unfortunately since he moved to the new group of doctors the call center and office staff set up is a nightmare. I can never get anyone to call me back. Recently it took four calls to the call center to get the script. Now I am dealing with no one calling back to get prescriptions refilled. As a result, I will need to find a new doctor.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH DR KESGLE WAS EXCELLENT WHEN I WOULD TALK TO HIM HE GAVE ME EYE TO EYE CONTACT AND LISTEN TO ME WHEN IT WAS MY TIME TO TALK RIGHT AWAY DR KEAGLE PROSCRIBED THE MEDICINE THAT I SO NEEDED FOR SUCH A LONG TIME THAT WILL ALLOW ME ENJOY MY LIFE WITH MY FAMILY AND BE ABLE TO TRAVEL THEREFORE I CAN NOW HAVE SOME SENCE OF NORMAL DAILY LIVING LIVING SUCH AS GARDENING PLANTING FLOWERS AND SPENDING TIME ON BUILDING MY MINISTRY WHICH IAM SO PASSIONATE ABOUT

I would recommend Dr Keagle 100%, but ever since he moved across the street you cant get an appointment - I was sick with a sinus infection my appt to see him as 3 weeks - they told me to go to the emergency room (which would have cost me $450 for a sinus infection) the scheduling and office has fallen apart since Donna the office manager left, it is a horrible experience trying to get through anymore - I trust & really like Dr. Keagle, but unfortunately I had to switch doctors - poor managment

Dr. Keagle is kind, courteous, informative and compassionate. He and his staff work with their patients to ensure that they are seen in a timely manner. I travel from Virginia and they always accommodate my appointment needs. I highly recommend this Practice.
