Great for simple, obvious problems. Based on the copies of my medical records, he does not listen well. On several occasions the cause of my issue was not obvious. He prescribed tests (this is good). In a number of cases the tests did not reveal the cause of the issue. Rather than follow through with additional work and diagnosis to determine the problem, he has told me that: he can't help me (with no recommendation for follow-up with another doctor), I didn't have anything wrong (again, with no further action), or he jumped to a completely unfounded diagnosis and prescribed very expensive medication that was inappropriate.

Just came from Dr. Holum,s office. The nurseing staff and Dr. Holum were so helpful and courteous. I am totally impressed with his group!!

My family has been going to Dr. Holum for the 18 + years. He has delivered 4 of my 5 children, and in my opinion , saved my life when he requested a procedure when I was 25, there is no way I’ll ever be able to repay him,
