Loved the fact Dr. Evans records his visit notes while in the room with me. Is a great review of what transpired. Reminded me of a couple questions I forgot to ask. Though I did have a list of questions with me. And Dr. Evans patiently answered and discussed each one so I easily understood the facts and the processes of the surgeries.

Prompt, courteous, friendly, professional experience.

I first met Dr. Evans after my second surgery at UW Madison for removal of mRCC lesion in the lower lobe of Left lung in 2008 under advise of a doctor friend. He removed mid section of pancreas in 2015. He spends enough time to discuss the issues and takes decision. I had no problem of discussing issues related to the my medical problems. A very nice person to talk to get advice. I continued monitoring through scans until I moved to Phoenix on retirement in 2018. I am undergoing treatment at the Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center and I am asked by doctors to take second opinion with Dr. Evan for a potential surgery of remnant tissue post left nephrectomy in 2006 that has grown since to 6.5cm covering Pancreatic tail, colon, and Spleen.

When most surgeons indicated my husband's tumor was inoperable (too much vascular involvement), Dr. Evans stepped up and successfully removed a pancreatic tumor and performed vascular reconstruction. In addition, he was accessible and concerned about the long-term health of my husband. Dr. Evans is literally a life-saver...and in a class by himself.

Dr. Evans and his staff are awesome they care and treat you with respect. I would recommend them to any one.
