Dr Reynolds has a terrible bedside manner. Maybe we caught her on a bad day(or 6) that we visited her office, but she is condescending and impatient. She has zero concept of putting a patient or parent at ease, and is all business. She doesn’t like being questioned either. Calling my child silly cute names like smush and other nonsense is the extent to her efforts to connect with my child. I had the constant feeling she thinks she is above us simply because she has a couple letters after her name. If you’re going into pediatric anything-learn how to connect with kids and their parents. Doesn’t hurt to be personable.

Dr. Reynolds is simply amazing. She is kind, patient and completely thorough. Our boy needed glasses at 1 year and we are so pleased that our pediatrician referred us to Dr. Reynolds. Our sons vision problem has resolved and is close to 20/20!! Thank you Dr. Reynolds for caring. On one occasion she called our home 5x to answer a question and she explained it very clearly.
