Kept me waiting 2 hours. Could not process my insurance even though I checked with her before and during my office visits. She was not helpful in diagnosis in fact she alarmed me with a statement that I may have a bone cancer precursor condition. Very expensive tests and still getting billed!

She’s probably a very smart doctor who would be best suited to research or something without patient contact. Extremely hard to make contact w her in every way. Sec’ys very helpful but it must be understood that they are “following orders.”

tried to appointment; was asked to send in recent tests and faxed them immediately; kept calling over more than a 2 week period as to when doctor could see me....never heard from them and lost time in making a much needed appointment with another doctor; i understand there can be a wait to actually see the doctor but waiting more than two weeks before they even get back to you about making an appointment is totally unacceptable........finally went to another doctor at a different hospital

Couldn't even get in. The telephone receptionst was rude and insulting. All I can say if this is Any indication of the lack of interpersonal skills and empathy present in this office I'm very glad to find a different doctor.
