I am overjoyed to share my heartfelt appreciation for Dr. Dorrette Noorhasan and her exceptional team at CCRM Frisco. After two unsuccessful attempts at another clinic with IUI, my husband and I turned to Dr. Noorhasan for IVF. From the very beginning, she instilled confidence with her warm demeanor, thorough explanations, and evident expertise.What truly sets Dr. Noorhasan apart is her compassionate care and unwavering dedication to her patients. Thanks to her expertise and the incredible efforts of her team, we welcomed our beautiful baby girl into the world! This success not only speaks volumes about her proficiency but also about her deep commitment to helping families achieve their dreams.We cannot express enough gratitude to Dr. Noorhasan and her team for making our dream of parenthood a reality. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Noorhasan. She has not only changed our lives but has given us the greatest gift of all—our precious daughter, whom we will cherish forever.

We had such a positive experience at CCRM with Dr. Noorhasan and her whole staff. The receptionists were always warm, welcoming and professional. Medical staff (nurses, techs, doctors, embryologists, etc) were professionally caring and clearly attuned to being emotionally sensitive. Our first transfer was unsuccessful, and Dr. Noorhasan helped us change our approach to fit our needs that was both medically appropriate and somewhat outside the box. We appreciated her respect for our needs. We felt like we could truly trust her guidance and expertise. We were fortunate to be successful and now spend most of our time doting on our little girl! Sending so many prayers and good thoughts to anyone going through fertility treatments. We highly recommend Dr. Noorhasan and the CCRM office to help you on your journey!

After changing different doctor with unexplained fertility, I came across Dr. Noorhasan review online and decided to book an appointment. She was very direct and very knowledgeable during our first online visit. I decided to continue with her because I felt she was very experienced and knowledgeable. After almost 4 years of infertility. She helped me to get pregnant in less than 1 year. I am currently pregnant with twins because of Dr Noorhasan and her wonderful staffs. Her nurses are also very nice and kind. Dr. Noorhasan chose the right protocol for me and advised I needed a cervical stitch before my transfer because of the shape of my cervix, I’m glad I listened to her. Transferred 1 embryo and ended up with twins. She is kind and ready to answer all your questions. One thing I love most about her is that she cares and She is very intelligent and knowledgeable. I will never thank Dr Noorhasan and her all CCRM team. She is the best fertility doctor believe me.

From the first tele-visit, Dr. Noorhassan laid out a clear and detailed plan for us that made us feel very comfortable. All of her staff at the clinic are extremely helpful and supportive. The portal communication system is very convenient. My entire journey with Dr. Noorhassan has been a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend her to anyone. Thanks,Gina

The doctor is very knowledgeable and she has empathy and really down to earth. Her entire staff is very compassionate. They all understood my issue and formulated my treatment plan. Never had to wait for appointment and they are well organized. Who else can understand our problems more than the doctor who herself went through a challenging journey to have a baby. She is thorough and very kind. Her team is amazing from front desk to the Nurses. Everyone is kind. I have never seen a facility with perfectly coordinated and compassionate team. I am a witness for the success of their treatment plan. I am pregnant now after years of disappointment. My regret is why didn't I not know about ccrm before!!

My husband and I will forever be grateful to Dr Noorhasan and her amazing team for fulfilling our dream. I started my IVF journey in 2020 at another clinic and under two separate Drs both of who never tried to find out the reason I wasn’t able to conceive naturally or through IVF. After 4 years of IVF treatment, 2 failed embryo transfers and with no idea what to do next we started working with Dr Noorhasan in Nov 2023. She not only gave us hope but also put together a very detailed treatment plan for us. We loved that she is very thorough and through the various tests and scans was able to find out the root cause of the failed transfers and was able to treat it. It is because of her and her team that we welcomed our baby girl in April 2024. What we loved about CCRM- Dr Noorhasan is knowledgeable, experienced and has a heart of gold. - - Every person at the clinic is kind and always willing to answer questions. - Each appointment is very well organized & coordinated.

Utter disaster of a doctor and a clinic. They are so unorganized and unprofessional. The doctor is rude and condescending and incredibly judgmental. I wish she would learn to respect her patients but I guess she skipped out of school the day they taught bedside manners. Would not recommend her!

We have been going through infertility treatment for almost 4 years and the I feel so blessed to have found CCRM and Dr. Noorhassan. This was my second fertility clinic as the first clinic’s doctor was clearly not up for dealing with a complicated case like mine. Furthermore, I’m a medical professional myself and need to understand what the doctor wants to do and why and the previous doctor was clearly not confident enough to provide me with answers and discuss various options with me. On the contrary, doctor Noorhassan was eager to help. She is very patient and confident of her medical knowledge and not afraid to discuss various options and provide a rationale to what she plans to do. She did so many investigations and tried many different approaches to get to the bottom of the issue. After a year and a half at CCRM, we are so happy that we are finally pregnant and the pregnancy is going well. The whole team was so professional and kind and replied to me promptly always.

This is the physician I was recommended to see, and what a bad choice it was. I will be letting my referring doctor know so that no other patients will have to suffer through a visit with her and experience her callus bedside manners, lack of empathy and incompetence. Her nurses are tired and unhappy and one told us quietly that she was looking for a new job. It’s no wonder that her reviews are so polarizing, she truly is as described, rushed, rude and dismissive. I wouldn’t trust myself in her care, why would i trust an unborn embryo to be handled by her.

I felt insulted during my visit. She did not read my chart prior. She was very rushed and I felt very uncomfortable with her.

Dr. Noorhasan was very knowledgeable and through in her process. We went to her after a recommendation from a friend. She was instrumental in our daughter born last year at 42. She's transparent of the various options and the success rates. The IVF process is not an easy journey. She's very personable and passionate about infertility. We had a successful transfer which initially was delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. She makes sures and strives for the best environment for success. Her team works well together in the entire practice. I highly recommend.

ivf was so expensive my insurance from my company didnt cover it and we had to pay all of it out of pocket well $25,000 later and with nothing to show for it but this blunt and rude doc i will say i dont think ive had a worse experience in my life. i know its not guaranteed but our experience was miserable, my husband and i regret going to her

My husband and I worked with Dr Dorette Noorhasan and CCRM starting Fall 2022 after some trouble conceiving. We started IVF in January 2023 and successfully got pregnant and just had our first child in December 2023.From our first consultation until we “graduated” to a regular OB, Dr Noorhasan and her team were amazing. Each visit everyone was super attentive and helpful with our questions and concerns. We were seen in a timely manner every appointment and follow up was always on schedule, which was super helpful as we waited (anxiously) for updates. I was an anxious patient and had loads of questions that were patiently answered with every appointment. Additionally, I had access to nurses and staff via message/phone as things popped up when we got home. When we were successfully pregnant and “graduating” to our regular OB the team could not have been more happy for us, I truly felt like they were partners for us along the way to growing our family.

I chose Dr Noorhasan because of her story and experience. She was so positive, empathetic and very encouraging through the IVF process. Going through IVF at 42 was not an easy task and while other clinics were trying to push donor eggs routes, Dr Noorhasan was very optimistic and positive. After 2 IVF cycles we were able to get my own euploid embryos. We did one transfer and now thanks to her I am holding my baby boy! Everyone at CCRM has been very nice and encouraging so overall I had a great experience and highly recommend.

Dr. Noorhasan & the entire staff at CCRM are absolutely amazing!! If you are looking for a for a fertility clinic that utilizes the latest technologies, has an extraordinary lab, listens to your cares & concerns, answers all of your questions (even if you have TONS of questions & they ALWAYS got back to me & answered all of my questions so quickly!!), has the most compassionate staff (shout out to Jami & Heather!), & will provide every opportunity for you to have a miracle baby, go to CCRM DFW! I’m a former patient who now has a gestational carrier carrying our genetic miracle baby boy thanks to CCRM & Dr. Noorhasan!! Dr. Noorhasan is uniquely qualified to provide the best care for intended parents & gestational carriers, as she also had to have a gestational carrier for her miracle baby! I drove almost 3.5 hours one way each visit to CCRM because I wanted the best care, & I sure received it! When I need fertility care again in the future, I will only go with CCRM & Dr. Noorhasan!

We came to Dr. Noorhasan after two failed rounds at another clinic. We were presented with nothing but bad news both of those cycles. Dr. Noorhasan focused on quality over quantity got us 3 embryos, one of which I’m pregnant with first transfer. She helped us achieve our dream of becoming parents and we couldn’t be more thankful. The process was extremely smooth and we encountered no surprises. The staff was informative and always got back to you right away with questions. I truly felt they were all rooting for us.

After working with Dr. Noorhasan and her team for almost two years, I can say that she is an amazing doctor with incredible empathy and her staff are among the kindest, most caring medical teams I have ever encountered. I encountered a number of obstacles along the way and at each step, they were there cheering me on with words of encouragement and knowledgeable tips on how to move forward. IVF is a complicated process with long checklists of things you need to remember at each step but they kept me well informed. A big thank you to Jami, Heather, and Alyssa for becoming my cheering squad on the journey. I cannot recommend Dr. Noorhasan and her staff highly enough.

No communication and Clinical Nurse Lynn has Zero empathy. No accountability and Dr. Noorhasan allows her patients to receive horrible treatment.

There are simply just not enough words to explain how amazing Dr. Noorhasan is. The entire CCRM team is comprised of the most caring, attentive people and they all made the IVF process so much easier across the board. Dr. Noorhasan’s plan for us worked better than we had hoped it would, and we’re currently pregnant! Her unmatched expertise, kindness, compassion, and passion for helping others are incredible to witness and receive, and I’m forever grateful we were under her care. I can’t thank her enough for giving us hope when we had none, and for helping to bring this miracle into our lives. Doctors typically make me nervous (I know so many can relate to this) but Dr. Noorhasan made me feel safe, heard, and never rushed. I want to also give massive thanks to Jami and Christina - they calmed my ever-present nerves, were always there for every question, let me know they were rooting for us, and never once made me feel like “just another patient”. Hands down the best people ever.

Terrible place. Their staff are disorganized, the doctor would rather be doing something else, always late, always in a rush to get somewhere else, eyeing the clock as you speak, rigid, inflexible. What is the point of going here and spending thousands of dollars out of pocket if you are treated like this?
