I understand the modern healthcare system is tough on its workers and they aren't given a good framework to care for their patients. That said, never again. 3 worst doctor visits I've ever had, and that includes a Planned Parenthood visit straight out of a bad soap, and one wherein a doctor lost my pap smear vial and I had to retest.

As a patient of Dr. So, I found her to be personable and helpful. She took time to answer questions and has been a great advocate for me and my family.

Had to see her as she was only one available for a same day appointment. Should have read the reviews before wasting my time. Her notes have information that she “discussed” with me. Must have been when I magically left the room as I don’t recall her discussing anything. I will be filing a grievance. Hopefully she retires soon because it’s obvious she doesn’t care about patients. Just they money.

A waste of time

I always have a great experience with Dr. So. I leave my appointments feeling heard, understood, and helped if needed. I've seen her multiple times and have never had a negative experience.

Just had an appointment with Dr.So. It was the worst experience of my life with a doctor. Literally only was with me in the room for 20 seconds. I went in about some health issues and procedure I’d like to discuss. I tried to ask her some questions about it. Seemed annoyed I was there. She was not interested in helping me at all. Just handed me the blood panel stickers for the lab and walked out. And told me to make another appointment if I needed to ask pre op questions because it’s a “different pay code”. Never going to her again. Honestly left crying.

Didn’t even listen to my heart, completely dismissive and condescending. Absolutely the worst experience I have had with a GP— seemed to somehow distain me for just being there and feeling ill. Did nothing to help and left abruptly after rudeness in the extreme.

Dr. So is a wonderful and very attentive doctor who listens and is understanding to a patient’s needs and concerns. I highly recommend Dr. So MD for anyone looking for a doctor.

Like others below, I felt she barely listened to me. I have a lower back issue that leaves me feeling paralyzed, and she left without addressing it. When I asked the nurse if Dr. So was returning to address my back, she went and got her so she could come tell me to "do yoga". I exercise regularly. Something is wrong back there. Will not be returning.

Had good experiences in the past, but just had a physical with her, and it was way too rushed, and I had questions that I wasn't able to ask. Not sure why so rushed when there wasn't hardly anyone in the waiting room.

I'm sure she's a knowledgeable doctor, but she's a little rough around the edges and not very sensitive to what the patient is going through. Doesn't listen much and seems to just want you out of her office asap. Unfortunate.

Dr. So is my doctor as well as my kids. She always get back to me sometimes within the hour when I leave her a message with a question. We all really like her and feel confident in her knowledge and appreciate the care she gives us

I found Dr. So caustic, condescending, & very judgmental. Her bedside manner is highly insensitive & curt. While her medical knowledge seemed fine, she did not fully listen to me or what I had to say. She stopped me short when I tried to respond to her questions. For anyone with a congenital medical condition, like I have, she is not for you. Her non-supportive & disdainful attitude towards me was embarrassing, shaming, & painful. I left her office very feeling I had wasted my time seeing her.
