Incredibly unreliable office staff
The doctor herself is very nice but the practice itself is incredibly unreliable. I called three days ago in the morning to find out what my upcoming appointment was and they said they didn't know (how does an office not know what my follow up appointment is for???) but would call me back that day. They never did. I tried to call back to schedule a sooner appointment since I was not feeling well and no one would answer and there was no option to leave a message. I tried to call again two days ago during their open hours and no one would answer the phone and I again could not leave a message. I am very sick at this point. I called again today when they opened several times and no one would answer and no option to leave a message. When they finally picked up I told them to cancel my appointment for next week because I am switching doctors due to them not being reliable and they did not even apologize, just said 'ok, have a good day'. Didn't even pretend to care. Very unprofessional.

Make Sure You Keep Your Copayment Receipt
This place is known to collect all co-payment before you see the doctor, which is OK. The problem is that they are famous for having their billing department send you a bill for the copayment which you have already paid. They will also send you a late fee of 10 dollars on top of that. I have called the front desk and the secretary told me that she will take care of it. Unfortunately, she did not. I had to leave and change doctors as she did not have me speak to Dr. Snow directly. Stay away from this place. They don't have their thing together. Very Bad customer service. They would rather lose a patient than address their billing error.

I am a new patient. I was very happy with her. She took the time to listen to me and I felt comfortable with her. I was satisfied with the treatment I received. I feel much better. Thanks to her I was able to return to work quickly.

Dr. Snow is very thorough. She always explains everything well and gives excellent treatment. My whole family goes to her. She is like family.
