I had a breast reduction done. Worst experience of my life. I asked to be a large C or a D. I ended up with two different sized breast that were shaped different! I had a hematoma and an open wound for months!!! it ruined my vacation. I then had a revision to correct this and fix my scars that were very large! My breast are now the same size but a B and not at all what I wanted. My scars came out the same. I am now going to get skin camouflaging done to help with the scars. The location I?m going to actually calls her Dr crummy because of how many referrals they get from her!

Dr. Krummen and her entire team are wonderful. She explained all of my options for treatment. What to expect before, during, and after the surgery. She is incredibly intelligent and talented. She answers your questions, and truly has a caring heart. I am so happy to be receiving treatment here.

When I first met Dr. Krummen, I stood up and reached to shake her hand. She made a face and said that she doesn’t shake hands post-Covid. I could completely understand that, although it did seem a little off-putting. My appointment was for filler, and instead of gently injecting the filler, she quickly blasted it into my face. I was bleeding and had huge lumps at the injection site where the filler was not spread out. I was bruised so badly in one spot that it took two weeks for the dark purple to fade. Her staff was very friendly and helpful, and seemed sympathetic at my bruised, bleeding face as I left. But she seemed unaffected, and in a hurry to get to her next appointment. It has been 2 months since the injections and I still have 4 lumps instead of a natural looking soft face.

Dr Krummen did my breast reconstruction after my double mastectomy. She provided me all the information I needed prior to my surgery. She has been taking care of me ever since (follow up check up and more!). Everyone in her team - Tina, Lori, Laura Lee, Christy and Maria, have been so wonderful. I have never been to any practice before where everyone has been so fun to be around and so welcoming.

I was eager to establish services with the hope of addressing multiple issues through this practice. My interactions with the nurses and front desk were wonderful and reassuring for moving forward. I began by having an appointment with Dr. Krummen directly to get 10 moles removed. I will say I had great results of 9 out of 10. 1 strangely just seems like it wasn't removed, so I assume I will need to have that one redone. That being said, the process was awful! It really hurt! In multiple locations it hurt during the cutting and cauterizing. I said something to her about the numbing and she seemed unconcerned that I could feel it. I have had several moles removed before by other providers and was never able to feel it. I am angry with myself that I didn't stop her and insist she properly numb the areas.

Wonderful surgeon! I went to her with a problem that she was quick to handle. I am so appreciative of her care and expertise through my bilateral breast capsulectomy w/mastoplexy. Her office staff took care of all of the arrangements quickly and efficiently. She is highly respected and highly recommended by this woman. 5+ stars

I was so scared to take this step in my life, I mean it was a major surgery. From the first consultation appointment to my appointments now for follow ups, Dr. Krummen has shown me nothing but compassion. She truly cares and listens to you about any concerns and gives you nothing but honesty. She truly is an angel. I'm so grateful I chose her to help me and I would recommend her with 100% certainty she would be loved by them as well. Lori and Tina are amazing too. This has been an incredible journey and grateful for everything Dr. Krummen has done for me.

I saw Dr. Krummen today and have also had several visits before this. I was given her name by a friend. I’m so glad I found her.I am an RN and I am very impressed with the medical treatments that I have had. She is very compassionate, knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. I would recommend her to anyone. Office staff are efficient, knowledgeable and make sure you are comfortable.

I have always felt like a very special person in Dr. Krummen’s office. All procedures are fully explained. My skin has stayed youthful through the years of visiting. I will be back for more wonderful experiences!

I think you should love your doctor, especially when you are diagnosed with a life threatening disease like Breast Cancer. Dr. Krummen is knowledgeable, personable, and a highly skilled surgeon. She brought me through one of the most difficult times of my life and I am ever grateful for her outstanding care. I love Dr. Krummen!

I went in for a facial, best facial I ever had. I love this office and would definitely recommend it for whatever your needs are!

Dr Krummen made me feel at peace when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. She listened to me, helped me make decisions, and never made me feel rushed. She was so calm when I was at a crisis point in my life and I left her office feeling reassured in my decisions. No pressure, just solid advice. Love her!!!

Dr. Krummen is so kind and supportive. She is an expert surgeon and I am so pleased with my surgery results. She truly cares about her patients. The office staff are wonderful and friendly. I had fillers done for the first time a couple months ago. I was skeptical, but I love the results! I’ve also been getting chemical peels with Sandy and she is great! She is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional!

I love going to Dr. Krummen’s office for my skin care. Have been going for years. The skin care lines they carry are wonderful and they tailor the skincare to your needs and your age. I love that they do normal pressure me to do anything unneeded. Sandy does all my peels. She is fantastic. I can’t recommend this office enough. All the staff is so helpful and friendly.

Dr Krummen and her office staff are wonderful. I came for a procedure and then a follow up. She is knowledgeable and skilled as well as a great listener, open to creative suggestions and not defensive or arrogant as some doctors can be. They all also entertained my 4 year old while I was there. Highly recommend!

Dr Krummen’s office is very welcoming with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I like that she always tries to enhance rather than change your face and does not push or pressure you to get services. Rather she gives you all the information so you can take time to decide. Everything she has done for me has been age appropriate and I appreciate that.

Dr. Krummen performed a "Lifestyle Lift" on me in Feb 2017. This lift was advertised as being an easier procedure using local anesthesia and oral sedation. The advertising was deceptive and the consultation was done by a barbie doll-like office staff person. I was vulnerable at the time and opted to do it thinking it would be as easy as they advertised. Within a day post-op, skin tore away from my left ear. On one of my follow-up visits her attitude was such that she implied that I just had too

The staff at the office is the best! They are so invested in making each and every patient have the best possible experience possible. They want everyone to feel good about their experience there and make sure your every need is met and beyond!
