Outstanding Doctor
I had the privilege of having Dr. Greenwood as my physician for many years. Since I had a complicated medical history, I needed an exemplary internal medicine doctor to manage my health. What I liked most about Dr. Greenwood is that she was straightforward with me about what I needed to do to have better quality of life. My quality of life improved under her guidance and I greatly appreciate it. If you have a chance to have her as your doctor, absolutely do it. Her wealth of experience will only help one improve their medical and mental status.

Sad she has retired
I saw Dr. Greenwood for many years and to say it was a huge loss when she retired at the end of last year would be an understatement. She was never quick to over diagnose or overprescribe medication which was just what I wanted in my primary care physician. My appointments were never rushed. She trusted me and my opinions about my body and my healthcare. She will be sorely missed.

Horrible patient rapport
I went to Dr. Greenwood for many years as a teen until finally, as an adult, I realized that her level of disrespect is unacceptable for anyone, especially a doctor. Here are a few examples: 1) When she saw I had a tattoo she told me if any of her children got a tattoo she would kick them out of the house. 2) When I was on my phone while waiting for her to come back to the room she remarked that I am on my phone a lot and I better not be on my phone while driving. 3) When I told her I didn't drink she said she didn't believe me. 4) When I said I was sexually active, she asked what my boyfriend's name was. Which was highly awkward since I am a) not attracted to men, and b) wasn't even in a relationship. I could go on, but I think these prove that she is unprofessional and does not create a welcoming or safe environment for her patients.

Saw her three times this year as a new patient. I’m at an age where I know what works for me and was doesn’t. She blatantly refused to continue my prescriptions that another Doctor gave me. (On the same medications I’d be on for years) and I was trying to explain why I go to Boston for an autoimmune disorder and she told me I had a great imagination. QUACK QUACK ! Worse practice and worse Doctor I have ever seen. Run away from this Doctor and the office on Baxter Blvd. she should really be reported to the state medical board.

I would start by saying that Dr Greenwood is clinical is competent in her field. No issues with that. Personality wise it's a different story. This doctor would easily pass for a prison guard in shawshank redemption. She absolutely treated me like garbage. It definitely felt more being interviewed by a grilled homicide detective than working with a caring medical professional. Avoid this doctor at all costs!!

Dr. Greenwood is a thoughtful, thorough diagnostician. She explains things very well; is never rushed; and has a great range of knowledge. She is easy to talk to and fully up to date with current medical knowledge. She's the best internist I've ever had.
