Best doctor I've ever had
Telehealth
The entire reason I ever got a diagnosis or made any progress with my conditions is because I happened to be referred to Dr. Felsenstein and she actually helped me find a solution instead of just passing me off or telling me it was all in my head. She takes a while to see you but it's worth it. The only reason it takes so long is because she's helping other people get what they need. 10 out of 10 doctor. She does telehealth and in-person appointments.

We have met with countless specialists and while they are all knowledgeable - none will treat you with the care and dignity that Dr. Felsenstein shows. This doctor takes the time to listen and truly cares about her patients. Her experience and knowledge give her a unique perspective. She doesn’t back down from a medical mystery. Dr. Felsenstein works incredible hours and is seemingly always available. I could never thank her enough. If you can get on her calendar - do it. She could save your life.

Dr. Felsenstein listened, was very thorough, empathetic yet very professional and honest. She recognizes that there is a grey area in the treatment in Lyme’s dz and is open to discussing all options and balancing with evidence. Without hesitation we can not recommend her enough.
