The best
Dr Cipolla Is a BRILLIANT GI Dr. Before I met with her I was suffering from horrible reflux. She also suspected I had SIBO and sent me for a test and she was correct. I also had an endoscopy and she went over everything in detail, eased my mind and we came up with a game plan as well as a follow up. She is a passionate Dr and knows her stuff and I trust her implicitly.

WORST EVER
I had the absolute worst experience at Dr. Cipolla’s office. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that this place was more interested in making money than actually caring for their patients. The front desk staff were rude, disorganized, and seemed completely indifferent to my concerns. I was kept waiting for over an hour past my scheduled appointment time without any explanation or apology. When I finally saw Dr. Cipolla, she was dismissive, rushed, and didn't seem to listen to a word I said. She barely looked at me during the consultation and made me feel like I was wasting her time. The exam felt hasty and impersonal, and I left feeling more anxious than when I arrived. It's clear that patient care is not a priority at this office. The follow-up was just as bad. I had to call multiple times to get my test results, and when I finally got them, they were incomplete. Dr. Cipolla didn’t even bother to explain them properly or provide a clear plan for next steps.

Medication renewal
I did not have a visit, I called her office to get a refill on my stomach meds, they said I needed to make an appointment with the doctor before they could renew it. That was understandable but why not give me a script and make an appointment at the same time, no they chose to let me run out of medication. I went to an over the counter med. I would not recommend this doctor or her staff to my worst enemy.

I had great experience with Dr. Cipolla. I don't like any kind of medical procedure but I had no choice. Dr. Cipolla helped ease my anxiety. The only negative is that I had to wait a long time to get an appointment.

She is good but in my opinion she is too busy and has no bed manners. She does listen to you and try to find out what's wrong but she is missing something and it's frustrating that they can't find anything. I had to let them know they are missing something. I gave 3 stars because they are not on top if things and make you wait over a month to go over testing

She,was the very first Dr. That actually listened and took me serious, she was thoughtful, took her time to talk to me and very knowledgeable about different disorders, i have been dealing with diverticulitis for 2 yrs, in Louisiana they want to immediately do surgery, but she wants to work out different plans with me, she made me feel important and she cared

Dr Cipolla is great doctor. However, everything else related to the office is absolutely unacceptable. The staff is rude and non-responsive what so ever. Making appointments deserve 0 star. It will take you 3 months to see the doctor no matter how bad condition you are in. If appointment has canceled for whatever reason by doctor it will take another 2-3 month. First thing they will make hard push for you to see nurse. I cannot see another doctor for curtesy reason even during emergency.
