She's nice but busy
Expect to wait for well over an hour AFTER your appointment time for it to actually start. I've been going to Dr. Casey for years and things have declined over time. Her staff is less helpful or knowledgeable which causes issues with insurance. She is nice but because she has so many people to help and is always running so behind, as time has gone on, I've had less and less time with her. It's frustrating to wait in a waiting room for an hour and then in the room for your appointment for 45 minutes only to spend 10 minutes being rushed through an appointment with your doctor. Also, when I told her a medication hadn't been working well for me, she said I should continue taking it without an explanation as to why with everything I'd expressed. Ultimately, this made me feel very unheard and I'm seeking a different doctor now.

Fourteen months ago I began having very unusual symptoms. I had no energy and was dizzy! Just to name a couple. After going to numerous cardiologists. Neurologist etc Also taking every possible X-rays. Scan!!! Luckily I found Dr Donna Casey who ACTUALLY listened to me AND asked questions. What an amazing concept! She determined all of the symptoms pointed to Vitamin B12 deficiency. And extreme hypertension! She prescribed an anti depressant. It was truly a miracle how both of these worked together! A month ago my energy level went from 0 to 90%. Totally exceeded my expectations!!! Thank you Dr Donna for thinking “outside of the box”. I highly recommend Dr Donna for any problem you might have!!!

Exceptional and personalized care
I have been seeing Donna Casey as my primary care doctor for over 30 years. I am a 59 year old female. I can not recommend Donna enough. Not only is she beyond brilliant but her ability to connect with patients and establish trust is so authentic. She is very cautious, not dismissive of anything that could possibly be even slightly concerning. My husband, son, daughter, son- in - law all see Donna. She takes the time to get to know our entire family and all of our medical needs. She is empowering and gracious and so caring. I can not say enough about my positive feelings for the care my family receives under Donna Casey’s exceptional and professional care.

Best doctor you'll find in Dallas. Smartest woman I know and kindest physician. The Casey doctors have world-renowned bedside manner. The office is bustling for a reason; everyone wants in to see her for their hypochondria/ailments. Bring a book or just learn patience, either way you're getting the best care when you have Dr. Donna as your primary.

I love Dr. Casey but her Office folks NOT GOOD
It is extremely frustrating to have to go through an incompetent front office to get time sensitive matters tended to. It's so frustrating I am considering leaving the practice and finding a Dr. that runs a tighter ship with competent people that CARE about their patients (the people that help pay their salaries).

A frustrated client – Feb 10, 2022

I am a new patient. Went to physical exam about 2 weeks ago...I waited 1.25 hours to be seen and then my appointment was rushed, literally she was rushing me to go take a breathing test because she thought I might have asthma...so I didn't get to have her look at the main reason I made the appointment to begin with. I rushed, literally ran to get my breathing test - 3 days later I call to ask about my test results and the staff told me they would call me back with the results. I waited 3 more days and after no phone call, I called to express my concern and frustrated...the staff gave me an excuse with no apology and promised someone would call me back with the results. I still haven't received a phone call with my test results. I am now looking for a new PCP provider.

Like any doctor's appointment I have waited a bit beyond my scheduled time. However, I really like Donna Casey. She is very approachable and non judgmental. She will listen to you and work with you. She respects that you live in your body and have a fortified opinion on how you feel and what you think will or won't work for you. I like her enough that I returned to her after having lived out of State for three years.

My experience with this office has been terrible. I have only had one appointment here, but have unsuccessfully tried to schedule others and have finally given up. I hear very nice things about Donna Casey, but upon my first appointment I was scheduled with her father because she couldn't fit me in. I spent almost two hours in the office from start to finish. That piece wouldn't bother me as much if I could make another appointment - front desk staff is unhelpful and rude.

I called the office 3 times trying to get the results of my brain scans. She never called me back. I finally called and told them I was coming to get a copy of my reports. They gave them to me- totally unprofessional and unacceptable to give results to a patient with out the MD discussing them. All the office staff says was I gave her the message. No apology, nothing.
