Entire office does not wear masks even when in contact with patients. This is very concerning that he they are not following CDC guidelines, especially considering the increase in COVID numbers in our area. Also, I felt very rushed through during my office appointment, he spent less than 5 min with me and then there was confusion on what injection to do when I arrived for my next appointment. I gave it a couple times thinking maybe I should remain open minded, but at one appointment another patient asked him why he wasn't wearing a mask, and he replied "because I'm essential and I don't have to". Super arrogant. If a doctor is going to order an invasive procedure on me that costs thousands of dollars, I would expect him/her to spend more than 5 minutes with me and follow the very minimal guidelines the CDC has recommended.

Rushed and didn't feel safe – Oct 26, 2020

When it is easy to get into their office there is a reason why. Was told to come to appointment and be prepared to have surgery. Work comp called just prior to appointment and they decided to do a cast instead. Now my hand is numb and he tells me this is normal? Less that two minutes both visits. Just another number to get his check.

Made me feel that he didn't care....I did eventually get better. Would not have wanted him to do surgery if it had come to that simply because I didn't trust him and found him to be quite rude. He did not listen to what I told him and he didn't explain his plan of action.

I found dr. Main because of an ongoing missed diagnosis of my proximal tibiofibular joint- it was subluxaTed and needed to be fixed with a syndesmosis surgery. When no other doctors in my home state were listening, I was put in touch w/ Dr. Main and I am thankful for his time with me. He looked thoroughly at all my imaging cd's before I even came to him since I was coming from out of state. He is knowledgeable, professional. More doctors should be lIke Dr. Main!

Arrogant and doesn't listen to patient. Always thinks he is right and patient is crazy when they tell him side effects after surgery. Still have problems but says he did everything right, but I'm the one who has to live with what he has done. Would never recommend him to anyone!
