Dr. Ciaccia diagnosed me with Crohns Disease and saved my life. If it wasn't for him, the other doctor would have let me die. I would recommend Dr. Ciaccia (and have) to anyone. He is kind and patient and will listen to you describe your symptoms in order to give you a precise diagnosis. Everyone in his office is kind and considerate.

not good. No bedside manner. Didn't even have time to answer any questions about my surgery. Let the room before I could talk to me. Seemed very rude and not caring. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone I know.

Dr Ciaccia listened to my symptoms and ordered tests that my EX-Primary care missed all together. I had developed Graves Disease and without Dr Ciaccia not sure when it would have been found.

I spoke with Lisa today (not nurse practitioner Lisa) and she started the convo with an attitude and telling me i am rude. As I am explaining to her that my neurosurgeon has instructed me to call and i am in desperate need of help. She was instead dismissive and just really mean. She said that my nerve damage is probably permanent and I will have to live with it. Since i am already scared about this I start to cry and all she did was put the phone down and walkaway...i have never felt so alone

I have been a pt 4 many years. Last March I had an accident which has left me taking pain meds. Unfortunately, now I have opioid constipation. I tried 2 have my colonoscopy & I wasn't clean enough after the normal 24 prep. So now I have 2 do a 48 prep & my colonoscopy is on Thurs. So we'll see how it goes. Dr chiacca office staff is very nice especially the girl that scheduled me last & checked my ins etc. She apologized repeated saying she was sorry I had to do it again. I wish I new her name!

I have a history of abdominal pain.I met with Dr Ciaccia back in May for the first time, him and his nurse Lisa were very friendly and helpful.I recently had both an upper GI scope and lower scope (colon) done by Dr Ciaccia. this was my first time having these procedures done so I was a bit nervous.Dr Ciaccia did an excellent job,him and the staff made me feel very comfortable.I had no issues from either procedure. He's very knowledgable and friendly.Keep up the good work guys! Your the real mvp!

I had already been diagnosed with IBS-M. After waiting a month to see him after calling him very ill, he was very unsympathetic, totally dismissed the seriousness of the situation. When he pushesd on my abdomin and I yelled out in pain he moved on like nothing happened. He did all but call me a lier when I told him they saw a hernia and diverticulosis throughout my intestine and told me it was no bid deal. I felt like I was bothering him the entire time. I got no help with relief of symptoms.
