Doctor and staff very nice and friendly. Checked for appointment ten minutes early. Waiting 45 minutes to be called back to the exam room is unconscionable.

I saw Julie Brull today as well as Dr. Tillman. They were all very nice and explained everything to me so I would understand. All the staff had smiles on their faces and are very welcoming. It feels so homey. Thank you for the wonderful visit.

He is a marvelous surgeon, invents his own surgery devices. Always notifies patients of test results. Treats his staff and patients very well. Has a very professional appearance. Never have experienced any pain with any procedures.

Dr. Tillman and his entire staff are always very friendly and easy to work with, especially regarding scheduling. We live two hours away and they will go out of their way to make our appointment time(s) work with our schedule. They are a great group, we always enjoy our visits!

Dr. Tillman and staff exude genuine care and concern for the patient. There is such a feeling of relief when, as a patient, you can put your trust in someone to do their best and you walk out knowing it doesn't get any better than this!

My mom had a history of malignant melanoma, and had passed away. From the nurse taking me back to the room, to the nurse practicioner and Dr. Tillman made me feel so comfortable and at ease.

My husband and I both see Dr. Tillman regularly and we always know that he and the staff will take extra special care of us. We trust them with our lives (literally) and know that they are the best at what they do! Trips to the dermatologist are no longer scary; we enjoy our visits and the company we have while we are there!
