ok I love everyone there and all the docs , It's been 8 years I can't walk any better then before after surgery , doc Peltro is a great person and means well , I'm challenging him and his parent the other doc to be the best like the very best at his job ,I know I'm the best at my job the goat in pest control world and always learning to stay above everyone .I challenge central mass to help me save my business and job right now Sept 10,24 because im 51 now it's been eight years 22 thousand in money ,im stuck in bed last 8 years and put on 50 pounds i used to go to gym at 5am to start my day now i sit in chair watching 80 year olds walk it's been very depressing and going nuts in pain 8 years is alot so I'm making this a challenge for this team if docs to learn and help me I'm begging or cut my foot off . This is my life so I need to know if I need a wheelchair or I'll be able to walk and work . The only help I have is doc I have no family or health care . Are you up for the challenge..

'I saw Dr. Pelto at Central Massachusetts Podiatry. I went in as a First time patient for an evaluation before treatment. He explained the different treatment options available depending on my follow up appointment. Very personable and friendly.

This office is always friendly and efficient! I haven’t been there since 2016 when I had a plantar issue and this was resolved in one visit! Now I have a different issue which Dr Pelto explained to me very clearly the options I have to maybe resolve it ! He is patient and not pushy . Excellent care !

I went in to see the doctor because I had a lot of pain in my toe. It was a bad ingrown, nail and callous. He took care of the situation right away, and he made me feel much better. He was very pleasant and had a great bedside manner.

Was able to be examined within 2 hours of initial call. Care was efficient and thorough. Explanation about situation and future measures to avoid the condition were offered. Unlike most of my encounters in our healthcare system, this one was easy, efficient and professional.

'I saw Dr. Pelto at Central Massachusetts Podiatry. I had recently dropped something on my foot and after 5 days it wasn’t getting better. I saw Dr. Pelto helped me by explaining why and what needed to be done. He performed everything I needed in the office on that visit. It started feeling better almost immediately. Now, several weeks later I almost fully recovered and returning back to my old routine.

Dr. Pelto explained in detail the shock therapy treatment on my Achilles tendon. He answered all my questions thoroughly. He has a way about him that teaches you about your condition until you understand completely.

I went to see Dr Pelto for pain in my heal. He quickly determined the problem and gave me at home treatments. He explained the first line of treatments as well as the next steps should they be required. After 3 weeks of the at home treatments my heal pain was practically gone. No need to proceed to the other treatments. I highly recommend him.

From registration to check out, the entire patient experience is amazing.I went into the office with a troubling foot issue that had been bothering me for months, and when I left, everything was resolved, and I felt fantastic !Dr Pelto is an extremely intelligent, informed, and compassionate doctor. He helped me to understand my condition better than anyone ever has before.

AMAZING DOCTOR :: honestly just want to say he’s amazing not only a problem solver but overall awesome. Clearly understood the issues with my foot and my recovery was stellar. Dr.Peltro is very knowledgeable and helpful with all the questions that I have asked. Help from the orthotics in my shoes to the places where I can go to get shoes that have the support that I need. Thank you for excellent care!

I had a fractured toe with detached tendons. Dr. Pelto used the combination of the shockwave therapy and then an amniotic injection. It’s now 7 weeks and I’m doing so much better. No more pain. Very grateful for his help.

I had been suffering from a severe case of plantar fasciitis for over a year. I tried all of the normal recommendations but nothing that I did resulted in the long term healing of my foot. So as one last resort my husband found Dr. Pelto at Central Massachusetts Podiatry who introduced me to the world of shock wave therapy. Through his easy to follow online course and office visits, I was able to understand what shock wave is/does and how it would help my foot. I had 6 treatments over a couple of months time and I am SO happy to report that I am on the road to recovery. I am back to walking short distances, and spinning regularly and my mental health has improved! Thanks to Dr Pelto and his staff I feel like I have my life back!

Dr. Pelto and the folks at Central Mass Podiatry were great! I am not an athletic person and had been suffering from foot pain for many months before I finally realized I needed to do something. I was a bit intimidated in that the practice clearly supports high quality athletes but when I visited, everyone was very friendly. Most importantly, in less than 3 months, I am pain free and back to normal. Dr. Pelto listened to me and came up with an aggressive plan of attack that really helped me. Great Experience!!
