Disappointing
Dr. Lemay will not communicate with you about blood test results unless you call and set up a follow-up appointment. All other doctors I’ve been to will call you directly and explain the results shortly after they come in. Frustrating to feel like I’m not a priority or that he doesn’t care.

I had a yearly physical with the doctor as it was my first appt with Dr. Lemay. After having my blood work done after the appt, I never heard from the doctor in regards to the results. I knew my blood test results would result in medication being that I had not been to a doctor in over 6 months. I called his nurse after still not hearing anything on the third day. After speaking with her and she realizing that I did need a medication for the issue. I waited two more days to hear from the nurse saying Dr. Lemay called in a script but did not tell me what it was or the dose. I picked the script up and after taking it for a week and a half I received a called that the script is being recalled and to contact your Dr about a new medication. I called the nurse back and left a message and after a week I still have not heard anything from the nurse or doctor. He did not answer any questions through the portal either regarding blood work.

We drive over 20 miles to see Dr LeMay because he has one of the best bedside manners of any doctors. He is helpful and communicates in a professional but personal way. He has been terrific with my children and with us.

I was in severe pain and could not even move my arm. I was told to take aspirin and they would get me in physical therapy immediately. I was told I had a severe strain. I actually think I tore something. Then I was told my BP was high no kidding. I would never go back there. I was treated very unprofessionally. It took me a month to get in. It has been then I was asked how long did you wait to call. Nurse was not friendly either. I will never go back there
