Dr. Kropf took the time to talk to my wife and I before surgery and spoke directly to my wife after surgery. My surgery started about 9:30 p.m. and ended at approximately 1:30 a.m. he took the time to talk to my wife and daughter. The next morning he came to my room to check on me and spent about 20 minutes with me. I live out of town and you would never get this kind of service from any physician where we live. I was a difficult and an emergent case and he was great. I am grateful to him.
