Dr. Kim is a very special person! He truly cares about his patients and spends time talking about how to take your meds. I thank God for him, I’m 72 years old and would like for someone without back pain to trade places with me for 1 day. Most importantly is is a true believer in his faith.

I love Dr Kim. He is so patient with me. He always ask how I am doing He truly cares about his patients. I have debilitating pain and never have relief. He has tried different meds but I seem to have side effects with most. They are always telling you to lock up your meds. Dr Kim is so concerned about you. We as patients have to take meds as prescribed or otherwise we would have serious problems. I hold Dr Kim in the highest regard to his dedication and care of his patients. I just can't say enough on Dr Kim's practice. Excellence...

Worst doctor I have been to. He acts like he is God, holding his patients medications over them. He is the ONLY doctor that requires the pharmacy to fax him the last fill date of a CII narcotic to his office and requires his patients to use the pharmacy of his choice. This becomes an issue when the pharmacy no longer carries the medication he has prescribed. He removes required meds from terminal pts. Taking them off anxiety meds, tells them to pray but doesn't provide anything to prevent medication withdrawal from any meds that he removes his pts. off of. He refused to explain the findings of my MRI as well as provided no options for my condition or alternative treatment options. I say this as a warnings to all pain pts. If you value your sanity and prefer to remain stable on your medications and not play the game between Dr & pharmacy do not give this man the satisfaction of ruling over your life and well-being.

I like Dr. Kim. He and I talk not only about what's going on with my back, etc...we talk about current events. He's a little hard to get to know at first, but, he has to get to know us, just like we get to know him. He determines more about his patients than just what's on paper. Just like we want a professional to prove their worth to us, that gate swings both ways; we need to prove our worth to him, that he can trust us. I really like the staff. April jokes around with me. I don't walk in with a scowl on my face. I am cordial, nice, smile and I'm polite. I've been a patient since 2012 when Dr. Schwartz retired. I like his nurse practitioner, Nicole... the whole crew. And, he's helping me with the pain from this awful fusion.

Dr Kim is a rude doctor who should not have a license to practice any medicine. Went to see the nurse practitioner who was great, but had to send me to see doctor Kim because she could change my medicine to something stronger so she checked for his next opening but realized that he had canceled appointments that did not show so she immediately put me in one of his rooms. Dr Kim flipped out and took his anger out on me even tried to lie and said I was rude to the nurse practitioner which was totally a lie, I asked a nurse to have her come into the room and ask her, when he realized the truth his answer was I am mad at the nurses for bringing me over to his room, no apology from this doctor only anger from him. Be very cautious choosing this pain management doctor his staff is awesome I am surprised that they put up with him for so long.

After dealing with lower back pain and almost continuous pain from 2 broken hands suffered 40 years ago, Dr. Kim has found the right medication and dosage to make my ailments manageable and my life once again enjoyable. I am SO grateful that I found Dr. Kim and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone with chronic pain. I always find his staff friendly and helpful too!

Dr. Kim doesn't listen to his patients. He acts like we live in a perfect world and when you have back problems you just stay and home, quit your job and quit living. I told him the same thing 6 different ways and he just kept telling me that if I can't do my job without causing pain and discomfort, then I need to find something else to do. That man is a quack!

Dr Kim is a very good Dr. Somewhat hurried. He is very good at following up on things. Doesn't over prescribe pain meds but make you able to live with chronic pain comfortably. I have been pt for 9 yrs and have been satisfied with him personally. Not his staff! His staff and billing are awful and have caused me to consider changing in Dr's several times. Which is why I'm on this site right now.

Back in 2006-2007 I drove my wife 159 miles one way every month to see Dr. Kim, as he very methodically and scientifically (through trial and error) worked on providing her the best balanced set of prescriptions. Then like all other Doctors seem to do, he decided that she wasn't getting better and had her try an aggressive PT that was way way too much for her. Then he prescribed something he knew wouldn't work and LEFT THE COUNTRY the next day! No warning, advice, referrals, etc. for months.
