Chronic pain
Dr Donald Jones has been very compassionate and caring since i have been seeing him. I used to see him 10 years ago while he was in Oak Ridge office and started seeing him again this year at pain med of south in knoxville. He has been very professional and wants to make sure my pain is addressed and maintained at tolerable level. He offers different options to alleviate pain. I would recommend him to others any day of the week. He has been awesome.

Dr. Donald Jones......
Had an appointment with Mark Jones but was handed off to Donald Jones. He was rude and did not listen to my problem at all. His staff was not nice and the wait time was long and he never looked at my file. I had to use the examine room to give my urine sample as he has no handicapped bathrooms. My visits were awful.

Dr Jones did a nerve block. He seems like a nice person, but I was in worse condition afterwards. It did not work for me. I am not happy and in more pain than before.

Great doctor who understands patients needs. Answers questions thoroughly and offers reasonable recommendations. I was a patient of his for almost two years and have never found a better pain specialist physician. I really hate that he is no longer with the practice because he has been the only doctor to help me.

Been a patient for 5 months now, and have serious cervical spine issues, verified by CT scans. And still no help. Been calling office for 4 days, concerning severe headache. NOT even a return call!
