I was diagnosed in 2005. He didn't refer anywhere other than his website. Came into the surgery when my port was installed - without my permission or knowledge. Did not see me on the day after my surgery to give a report. Took out my drain when I had problems, no follow up. Said "I would know when to come back." I got an infection and nearly died. Was hospitalized 10 days, several liters of fluid came out of surgical site. Horrible experience - I should have sued.

I went to Dr Hopkkns initially because I was told by another doctor that I needed to have breast surgery because of a lump they saw on my mammogram even though the radiologist didn’t state it in his report. I went to Dr Hopkins for a second opinion and was told after a thorough review of my three previous & a current mammograms that there were no evidence to show that I needed breast surgery. I am very thankful and have not experienced any problem with my breasts.
